An experienced entrepreneur and creative UX/UI designer - framers duo of Drogapodom.pl asked us for help with innovative web service for people searching fo their dreamed home. We discovered main points of the project and crucial functions which give new quality on the market. Say no more!
Free audit and market analisys
We conducted an efficient free audit and market analisys in terms of possible future solutions. We studied crucial functionalities and possibility of its realization and we presented potential dangers for the client.
Estimation
After the audit stage, we prepared the detailed estimation along with milestones and project stages. We planned and approved the budget, we also presented the team of developers along with project manager.
Production
We received “green light”, our favorite. Production started full blast. After configuration of the project, backend and frontend tasks, we invited clients to the office and presented early stage appearance of the service. Since then, we saw each other more often. Thanks to good communication skills, we reached milestones efficiently, along with adjustments. The advanced functionalities arose: mortgage calculator, algorithms for comparison engine and graphic identification of the website.
Implementation
Implementation of 1.0 Version was a huge event. It gave everyone satisfaction and motivation for further tasks. Just after testing and correction, investment process awaited our Clients. Publication of 2.0 Version
Thanks to uniting framers of the service along with professionals from mortgage industry, the program was complete. We introduced live integration with current offers from polish banks and base of legal documents for real estate buyers. The final stage was connecting a team of over 500 mortgage advisors online, ready for support users in Poland. Officially, we managed to produce and implement Drogapodom.pl in time, which isn’t so obvious in terms of building new roads in Poland :)
Maintenance
Till this day we take care of service’s maintenance and we develop new functionalities according to our clients’ plan.
